Q. If I bring you a picture can I get that design made?

A. Yes of course. Chic can re-create any style through our Pattern Makers and Machinists. Please ask us for a quote.

Q. Many shops say you need 5 months to order dresses?

A. Not at Chic. Our turnaround is 4-12 weeks and we will try our very best to accommodate your needs.

Q. If I have my fabric already can you still make my dress?

A. Certainly. We do recommend to purchase it from us however because it will work out cheaper for you in the long run.

Q. Most shops say we will have to pay for alterations on top of the garment price for orders?

A. Chic don't charge any extra for alterations on orders. When we quote you it is from start to finish inclusive of fabric, a fitting and alterations.

Q. Why is made to measure more expensive than off the rack?

A. You are getting specially made garments in exactly the colour and fabric you want, made exactly to each person's shape and size. Garments are made locally- not in bulk or overseas to cut prices. Quality finish is guaranteed.

Q. It says you are a Formal and Bridesmaids Specialist- do you make other styles?

A. Chic have experienced Pattern Makers and Sewers which can make anything your heart desires. Flowergirl dresses, Men's Ties, Mother of the Bride/Groom etc.
